Please read these terms before shopping with us. By placing an order on this website, you agree to the terms below.

1. About Us

VENAYA is a handcrafted luxury jewellery brand based in Delhi, India. These terms apply to all purchases made through this website.

2. Products & Pricing

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We try to display product photos and descriptions as accurately as possible, but slight variations in colour, finish, or stone placement may occur since our pieces are handcrafted.
• Prices and product availability are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Orders & Payment

• All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI, or banking details.
• An order is confirmed only after payment has been successfully received.
• In the rare case an item runs out of stock after you've ordered it, we'll contact you to offer a replacement, a wait, or a full refund of that payment.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship PAN India (all across India) for a flat shipping fee of ₹100 on every order, regardless of order size.
• Orders are typically dispatched within a few business days of being placed, with delivery timelines varying by location.
• You can track your order anytime on our Track Order page using your order number and phone number.

5. Exchanges

• We currently offer exchanges only — we do not accept returns or process refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
• Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery, with the item unused and in its original packaging.
• To request an exchange, visit our Exchange page with your order number and phone number handy. Our team will confirm pickup by phone within 24 hours.
• If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us right away via WhatsApp or phone so we can make it right.

6. Cancellations

If you'd like to cancel an order, please reach out to us as soon as possible via WhatsApp or phone. We can only cancel orders that haven't been shipped yet.

7. Product Care

Our jewellery is handcrafted and should be kept away from water, perfume, and harsh chemicals to preserve its finish. Please store pieces in the packaging provided when not in use.

8. Intellectual Property

All images, designs, and content on this website belong to VENAYA and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

We work hard to make sure everything on this site is accurate, but we don't guarantee it's completely error-free. VENAYA isn't liable for any indirect loss arising from the use of this website, beyond the value of the order placed.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
